01 Are you the manufacturer?
We supply printed solutions and coordinate production with specialist manufacturers. This allows us to select the right option for each product, quantity and finish while giving you a single point of contact.
02 Can you help if I don’t know which paper to choose?
Yes. Tell us how the product will be used, the impression you want it to convey and your budget. We’ll suggest suitable formats, papers and finishes.
03 Which printing processes and finishes can you coordinate?
We can use offset printing for long runs and digital printing for shorter runs. Depending on the project, we can also consider spot colours, matt or gloss lamination, varnish, embossing, creasing, gluing, die-cutting, binding and finishing.
04 Do you check artwork before printing?
We carry out a basic technical check. If we identify a potential problem, we contact you before continuing. Proofreading and redesign are not included unless expressly agreed.
05 How long does an order take?
It depends on the product, quantity, finishes and destination. The final lead time will appear in the quotation and will begin once the artwork or proof has been approved and the payment terms have been met.
06 Can I order a special quantity or custom size?
We can assess custom quantities, sizes and finishes. Include them in your request and we’ll confirm feasibility, minimum quantities and costs.
07 Do you offer more responsible paper options?
Depending on the product and availability, we can offer FSC- or PEFC-certified, recycled, eco-friendly or TCF chlorine-free papers, as well as eco-friendly inks. These options will be confirmed in the quotation.
08 Why can printed colours differ from the screen?
A screen emits light while paper reflects ink, so the result may vary. Preparing artwork in CMYK and using proofs where appropriate helps control this difference.
